How to prepare Fresh tomato and onion salad

Start by preparing the tomatoes, onion and parsley. Wash them thoroughly under cold running water. Chop them finely into bite-sized pieces. I like cutting the tomatoes and onion into ring shape or half rings. Make sure to peel the onion before chopping. Ingredients 

  • 4 Tomatoes fresh
  • 1 red onion large
  • Juice of 1 lemon freshly squeezed
  • 2 cayenne paper small size
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 cup parsley leaves chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients:

  • Wash the tomatoes and onion thoroughly under cold running water. Cut them finely into bite-sized pieces. I like cutting them into a ring shape or half rings.
