Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado large, pitted
  • cup Strawberries
  • Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Juice the oranges
  • Wash the Strawberries and remove the green part
  • Wash the avocado, cut and remove the stone/seed
  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend them well to make a thick mixture
  • Serve cool

  • You can also use pumpkin seeds or chia seeds . These ingredients are totally optional but they will enhance the nutritional value of the smoothie.
