- Cover the dough with a kitchen towel of cling film and keep it aside to let rest for about 10 minutes; the more the better.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and shape them into balls.

- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Place a chapati round on the hot surface and cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface, then flip it over.

For the dough
- 6 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups butternut puree
- 1½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Margarine or vegetable oil more for cooking
- warm water as needed
