One of the perfect ways of adding seeds and nuts into your diet is by incorporating them into deserts. Seeds and nuts are a good source of proteins, healthy fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals. They also add good taste to your deserts. Strawberries on the other hand provide high levels of antioxidants and therefore good for your heart. Besides they are the commonest of all the berries; well atleast where I come from and they are in season throughout the year. Mix them with honey, walnuts and pumpkin seeds and you will get a desert that will keep your heart healthy.
