Ingredients 

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 cup zucchini grated
  • tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

Step 1

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and grease and line a loaf tin with parchment paper

Step 2: mix wet ingredients
