  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup honey
  • tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • butter for greasing muffin cups

Instructions

Step 1: Preparation

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180℃ and grease the muffin cups or use liners
  • Line or grease the muffin cups

Step 2: Blend

  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender
  • Purse or blend to blend well and form batter
  • Remove from the processor/blender and pour into a mixing bowl
