Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato, cooked and pureed
  • 1 cup finely grated sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
