  7. Add milk slowly by slowly while mixing until you reach the right consistency
  8. Fold dark chocolate chips into the mixture using a spatula
  9. Pour into the loaf tin and bake for about 40 – 1 hour or until the test for doneness is positive.
  10. Remove from the oven and cool in the loaf tin for 5 minutes, then remove onto a rack and finish cooling.
  11. Slice and serve cold.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup ground Almonds

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk/water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract/essence
