Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 11/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 21/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup and a little more for drizzling the pancakes
  • 1 cup fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, maple syrup.
  • Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture; stir until just blended to make batter
  • Preheat a pan, griddle or skillet over medium heat. lightly grease the pan.
  • Scoop the batter and pour onto the greased pan; cook until golden brown then turn to cook the other side; cook until the batter is finished.
