You will also need lemon juice, yogurt, ground coriander, cumin seeds, and cayenne pepper, salt and green pepper. Instructions
Prepare the ingredients. Peel, pit and chop the avocado. Place the chopped avocado in a blender or food processor and add lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add the yogurt, spices and salt then pulse a few times to mix. Transfer into a bowl and stir in chopped green pepper (if using).

Ingredients
- 1 avocado large
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1½ tbsp yogurt
- ¼ tsp coriander ground
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds ground
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper ground
