Cinnamon Honey Swirl Bread
This bread is simply a cinnamon dough rolled with cinnamon, honey and nuts. It is soft and has beautifully swirled layers of cinnamon and honey.Trust me, it looks as good as it tastes.

Instructions
Step 1: preparations
Scald the milk and combine it with honey in a large bowl then set aside to sit until lukewarm
Dissolve yeast in warm water and stir into cooled milk mixture.
Step 2: Mixing
Add salt, cinnamon powder and oil to yeast mixture. Stir well until well mixed.
Add flour to the mixture one cup at a time stirring well after each addition.
Stir until the dough holds together and it is not sticky.
Step 3: Kneading the dough
Turn out the dough onto a floured surface.
Knead for 8 minutes adding more flour until the dough is no longer sticky and springs back when pressed.
Step 4: first proofing
Put dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a towel and set aside.
Let it rise in a warm place until double in size; about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 5: Divide and roll out the dough
Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide into half. Set one half aside.
Roll the dough into a rectangle shape.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the dough.
Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and your walnuts chopped nuts and/or raisins on the dough.
Roll up the dough, starting with the shorter side.
Pinch the ends together and put in a buttered loaf pan.
Step 6: Second proofing
Cover with a towel and set aside to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Step 7: Bake
Apply egg wash (egg + milk) on top of the bread before baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 50 minutes until the bread is browned and sounds hollow on the bottom when tapped.
Step 7: Cool and Serve
Turn out of the loaf pan to coll completely before slicing.
