Instructions
Step 1: preparations
Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease or line muffin cups with muffin liners
Peel and chop the apples
Step 2: Mixing
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, Cinnamon and salt together in a bowl
Add chopped apples into the flour mixture and stir to combine
In another bowl, combine apple juice, vegetable oil and egg, whisk to combine well.
Add the flour mixture into the apple juice mixture. Stir until just combined.
Step 3: Baking
spoon the batter into each lined muffin cups up to 2/3 full, leaving some space for the muffins to rise well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4: Cool and serve
Cool for 5 minutes then remove from the muffin cups and serve warm.
