Instructions
Step 1: preparations
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 9-inch round cake pan.
Step 2: mixing
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas with egg, oil, plain yogurt, vanilla and milk.
In a different bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix the banana mixture with the flour mixture until just combined.
Step 3: baking
Pour batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until the toothpick test returns positive results.
Step 4: cooling
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the cake pan for about 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool further before serving.
Serve for breakfast, as afternoon snack or dessert
