Instructions
Step 1: preparations
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease cake tin and line with a baking paper.
Step 2: Mixing
In a large bowl, mix the flours with the baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, combine the sugar with the mango puree, egg, oil, yogurt and milk.
Give it a good mix to combine well.
Pour the mango mixture into the flour mixture.
Stir well to combine without overmixing.
Step 3: Add Cocoa Powder
Divide the batter into 2 equal portions
Mix one half with cocoa powder/paste
Pour the batter into a prepared cake tin alternating the two portions
Step 4: Bake
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown
Step 5: Cool and serve
Remove from oven and cool in the tin for 10 minutes then remove and let it cool further on a wire.
Slice and serve as dessert or with tea for breakfast
