vegetable oil

brown sugar

chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1: Preparations
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Grease muffin cups or line them with muffin liners
Step 2: Mixing
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients until well blended
Pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix them until just combined
Gently, stir in the chocolate chips
Step 3: Bake
Fill the greased muffin cups upto 2/3 full
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown
Step 4: Cool and serve
Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving
Serve with tea or coffee for breakfast, or as snack or as a dessert
