Ingredients

mangoes, peeled and diced

bananas, sliced

cups
orange juice, or pineapple juice
fresh

tbsp
honey
ice cubes
optional
Instructions
Add the diced mango, sliced banana, pumpkin seeds and honey to a blender. If you want it cold, add some ice cubes into the mix.
Add the orange juice
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, you can add some juice or to the blender and blend again.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.

Notes
You can adjust the amount of honey to your liking, depending on how sweet you want your smoothie to be.
If you don't have pumpkin seeds, you can use any other kind of nuts or seeds you have on hand, such as almonds or chia seeds.
You can also add a handful of spinach or kale to this smoothie for an extra nutrient boost.
