Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking powder

tsp
turmeric powder
3
spring onions
finely chopped

eggs
1 ½

milk
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, turmeric powder, baking powder and salt. Mix well to combine.
Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture
beat in the eggs and milk.
Whisk to mix them well. If the butter is thick, add some milk to adjust the consistency to a thin batter.
Add the finely chopped spring into the butter and mix
Heat a lightly oiled pan on medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan spreading to desired size.

Serve hot with tea or coffee.
Notes
For a healthier option, use gluten free flour instead of the all-purpose flour.
